Across the country, the same model legislation—the App Store Accountability Act (ASAA)— keeps appearing in statehouse after statehouse. The ASAA is framed as protecting child safety but, on closer reading, the bill mandates identity verification for every American who wants to use a phone app, access social media, or engage with an AI platform. The ASAA, and bills like it, don't protect children. They build surveillance infrastructure to track everyday Americans.

Our mission is to protect children and defend parental rights and constitutional liberties by equipping families and citizens with the knowledge and tools to keep kids safe online, opposing government surveillance mandates disguised as child safety, and building an informed, independent coalition that changes both policy and culture.
We want a world where children are genuinely protected online, not surveilled in the name of safety. Where parents are informed, equipped, and confident in their role as their children's primary protectors. Where technology policy is shaped by informed parents, constitutional principles, and appropriately limited government authority. Where parental rights are the first consideration in every bill that claims to protect children.
